tinto twin day event,
after the lack of consistency last night and maybe concentration, decided to sort it out.
work for the first half before we cross the road, then things returned. really need to work on route choice decision making, cause i'm poo, amongst other things.also got very tired towards then end, very noticeable both mentally and physically

learnt a lot from weekend. good point and bad

what was going was going good, felt like i was running pretty well across terrain but think this made me hasty on my navigation. need to practice keeping up. made 3 rather large mistakes, i hate that checker board bit,
did really enjoy it tho and love being out in the night. ended up doing a lot more distance than was set

hanging the short courses with Una, who really impressed me, she hardly need me there most of the time:)
then ran the long course well 1,2 -7 and on.

trail time trial for the last time as it's too dark,
8.12 , 8.11, so more consistent than last time, think i can still push harder, just mental. went to be sub 16 def by spring
