Easy 16 after yesterdays knock out sprint..
Was okey, felt quite long, a bit bad.. but the intervals
Afterwards helped me so much, and made me feel comfortable..

Felt pretty well..
Still can feel my right quadriceps, a bít my side after yesterday s fall..

Didnt wear my heart beat sensor..
Warm up for 2nd round..

Must took ít seriously, cause i ve got the ‘death heat’

Technically it was okey, last 300m was a sprint finish between Zolti, Tölgyesi and me for only 2 places.. Tomi was leading, but made a mistake in the end so I took the lead and even Zolti get ahead of him, crossing the line with me in tie..
I died so much, fell a huge because if wet slippery ground, so decided to skip the final and rest..
