NZOC Sprint. Legs were tired but navigation was fine, although not particularly challenging.

NZOC Middle on Osgiliath. Happy with my navigation on every control except control 12. Big blisters were agonising for the second half of the course though and slowed me down lots. Almost got poked in the eye by a stick and had to stop and blink a cm long bit out just after control 15.

NZOC Long. Completely forgot how to orienteer for the first control. Aside from that was comfortable just cruising around the course with no mistakes. Then made lots of mistakes in the last half hour when my mind was a bit tired and I started to get blisters. I was surprisingly untired afterwards and it turns out I'm fitter than I though.

Ran the short red after the long red. Was a bit tired as the ground was quite soft.

Longer red + a short warmup. Not a very clean race but nice forest to run in.

O 'intervals' in thick undergrowth. Got fed up towards the end and my mind kept wandering so I cut it slightly short.

Just a course in Waiterere forest. Mind kept wandering to other things but was going so slowly I didn't make too many mistakes. Boosted the last 2 controls as I found Jake.
