This race didn't go so well as compared to yesterday. I didn't have as good a focus as I wanted and so after many mistakes I start to get irritated. First time I calmed down using relaxation techniques but the second I clam down until a long leg that let me reset mentaly. After this long leg the race went well.

First time on 1:15000. Overall the race went well with my focus on the navigation in this new scale for me. This meant that I was a bit slower but this payed off with a pretty clean race.

There was 4 stages of exercise. First there was 4 speed loops, then burpees ever minute, starting at 2 per minute and increasing by 2 every minute, up to 14 bupees. Next was high intensity of 20 sec of all out running, 10 sec of rest, 20 sec lunges, 10 sec of rest and repeat 4 times. Finally, was partner loop with one running and the other doing a plank, repeated 3.5 times.

1.5 km out, 3.7 of forest running, and 1.5 km home. As well this was the first time I used the iPod for cadence which went well.
