bike to Metro, thought about heading to SLU practice track, but went to work, try again tonight, great to see the tracks being used.

planned JD R workout, last one of Phase 2: 6x200m, 4x300m, but 100m into the 3rd rep felt a tweak on the right lower hamstring just above the inside of the knee, never had anything there, so stopped immediately and walked it in.

spun it home from the SLU track, nice afternoon so felt good; the hamstring did not hurt on the bike but since has stiffened up even after icing, so I'm a little worried; maybe I should have joined that fat-loss walking class at Maplewood track this morning; well, likely the evening workout after sitting all day at the office was the culprit, even though I was well warmed up.

filled out nearly the entire stl senior games online reg . . . until it prefilled the $57 race fee . . . and I started to think of all the other things I could do with $57 other than run a terrible race 20 lbs over race weight . . . easiest decision in my life. :)
