Monday night run around Portishead with Mark,Cecil and Ben. Legs weren't fully recovered from the weekend. Knee aching but was okay until the uphill where a mixture of my knee and fitness levels forced me to walk.

Midland Champs I FOUND CONTROLS :D Semi-good run got a bit confused on the scale at points. At the start I realized that my compass was broken as it was pointing in the complete opposite direction to everyone else's I think I might have had this problem for a while I was luckily able to borrow Charles Daniel's compass at the minus 2 before I started. Knee didn't hurt too much just a dull ache for the whole course and I didn't cry from pain at the end so that's a positive. Made a few mistakes and stupid route choices such as through the grotty areas instead of taking the paths in places I also got very tired as my fitness levels have gone. Just need to improve my fitness and now ive got a new compass hopefully that might also help!
Walking today I couldn't feel my knee so hopefully that's a good sign I'll see what it's like tomorrow and if I can't feel it I might attempt to have a go at running on it slowly.
