Headed east, dropped Don at Bunnings, then went Nth to run past house that's for sale. It's a maybe. Legs feeling good and nice to be able to hold some pace. Need to work on distance.

Home w/ Don as far as Parade @ 5.05 pace, then stepped it up to 4.30 pace rest of way. Nice arvo for a run!

3.6km course set by Frank T for club training. Made one stupid mistake, but otherwise was nice to be in the bush having a stomp around. Shoes felt unusual having not run in them for a while. Brekkie at Sheoak Cafe a surperb feed of pancakes!
