Turkey Burner 2013. Very fun event, and my first time doing it. Thanks to Pete, Brian, Dave, and Rick for planning a great course. The time I put down for biking is estimated, but the overall time (biking and foot-O) was 5:10:17.
Yoga workshop for DAPE and OT staff. Breathing, stretches, and poses, interspersed with instruction/description, and demo lessons for various age groups.
Helping out Andrea with the "Orienteering for Cross Country Runners" event that Michael and Eero set at Willow River State Park. It was a great day, and seemed to be well received by most of the runners. Hopefully we'll see some of them at a regular meet!
