morning bike ride with MB. pretty comfortable - riding a bike at 14.5st is a lot easier than at 18

2nd parkrun - improvement on PB of 90 seconds

it hurt a lot though and ended up walking - need more stamina and an ability to keep going regardless.

ratby exercise - maps with no features except the controls and boundaries. hard work as the trees got in the way. reasonably pleased with pacing, less so with following a bearing. used Derek's new head torch, which held up well but probably only slightly brighter than the sun.

several breaks in that time ...

running round martinshaw POC controls in the dark after a simplification exercise - several controls missing, but was quite pleased with the success especially with dim head torch.
