Circuits intervals 1:00:00 [4]
50s on 10s off for one complete circuit + 3 going around the correct way. Again chose a different place to start (#18), and seemed to get on reasonably well. There were a lot fewer people than usual, apparently due to it now being Brookes' Easter vacation.This made it much easier to go hard on sprint-the-long-sides-jog-the-short during the warmup.
Looking forward to next week's session, without equipment! :)
