Up Swain's and into the heath. Faffing around for a bit, avoiding the crowds on some of the wee trails, then home.

Home -> Heath -> Home. Hip feeling a little funny again. Did some weird leaning against a bollard to massage it.

Wee Regent’s Park loop. Hip felt funny towards the end, so slowed down. It’s not ready for 7.30/mile yet it seems.
