Soooo sleepy after yesterdays run soooo i slept for ages and ended up having a great run today illness had seemed to back off and i was able to run well was hoping for just under 60 mins but cant complain :) only one little mistake tbh costing me no more than 30 seeconds hope this is me back to doing well.

Just a little jog and a few stretchs and the walk to and from the start ect.

Not too bad a run although i had massive stomach pains and felt really ill towards the end and lost a lot of pace. Made two little errors costing about 2mins and lost about three mins in running because i didnt feel well at all, not to bad though i suppose.

The usual core session but i think i have twinged something in my leg calve from my swim so made sure i didnt do to much on that and not gunna train till my runs at the weekend.
