ITW - Tempo as far as mornings are concerned (it's probably about 15s off, but felt like tempo at 7am). May be one of quickest runs in. Calves were a bit stiff, so need to emphasize those more when stretching

From Battersea Park pitches, Grosvenor Road, Millbank, Lambeth Bridge, Southbank and London Eye, Millenium Bridge, Thames Path to Waitrose at St Katherine's dock. Stopped once opposite the Houses of Parliament to admire thr home of democracy and eat a banana. Tired after quite a lot of work and exercise in a few days
