Tried a small run. Mentally I felt really good and actually wanted to be doing it. Physically I felt ok at the time, but afterwards breathing felt quite tight for ages and felt tired and headachy. So probably won't try this again for a bit.
Friend was going swimming and asked if I wanted to join so I went. Had managed ok with snorkelling in Gran Canaria so was hoping it would feel ok.
Kept it all very easy and rested at least every 250m, more if I needed it. Felt actually ok afterwards, a bit more tired and a bit light headed immediately after but nothing too bad. Think I will do more of this.
