Tendonitis emerged after Cape Wrath Ultra (likely from too much heavy lifting) and hurts when and after I climb - reaching above head and pulling down movements. Took a while to recognise patterns and do something about it. Hoped it would go after two weeks rest but it didn't. Phil diagnosed tendonitis 11th July. Limited progress with rehab so later saw physio Richard Clarke on 22nd September (see detailed notes).
Got through Dragon's Back without redoing the same injury (less heavy lifting) and it isn't bothering me climbing anymore.
