Suffered ankle pronation as a result of a lack of strength in my left ankle post broken fibia. Totally out for two weeks with a slow reintroduction to running and intense strapping. With adjustment of shoes, problem has been quickly 'resolved' but not entirely fixed yet.

Caused by: Returning too quickly, physio did not pick up on issue fast enough
Helped Recovery: Exploring different options with new physio, gym, doing physio exercises, strapping but mostly new shoes which provide slightly more support.
