Went to the physio as my shins were mega painful last week and it turns out I have shin splints again.
The physio thinks all these niggles are related to my feet arches collapsing a little and also having weak legs.
Been given some gym stuff to do, should be able to single leg push 150% of my body weight. Can only manage 45kg at the moment, quite a way to go....
