Did a run/walk explore of Vienna. I'm staying a little way from the city/sites, but it was a good excuse to stretch my legs and run/walk there! Whole thing took 4 ish hours but I think I maybe only ran 1.5hr of that. Legs felt surprisingly good but the rest of me felt as crap as expected. It was also cold - think it was 8 degrees ish and raining a bit! Vienna is super pretty though, lots of beautiful grand buildings :) surprised at how many hordes of tourists were out... I had thought at this time of year there wouldn't be that many!

Flying/arriving in Vienna. Flight was somehow more horrible than normal, didn't get any sleep and have never had such stiff/sore legs - getting old!! Really not looking forward to the return journey

Shorter "ints" with Matt before my flight. Felt tired and had my mind elsewhere so just took it pretty chilled/lazy.

Ints on the Yarra, felt tired and a bit hungry but just shuffled along.
Going to Vienna tomorrow for work - I should be excited but am really not TBH ...it's a long way to go to just see a hotel and conference centre for a few days. Will hopefully have some time to see a bit of the city...
