Went back in my log and saw how I used to log all my crossfit stuff in pretty high detail. It didn't last, but it was really cool to see stuff from 2014. So I'm gonna start it back up again. I'm seeing some really good improvements right now, so I've made the executive decision to start logging everything again. Kudos.

Nasty 1cm mud over ice conditions, the off camber trails on the hillside were pretty sketch.

Getting more stuff ready for the 2024 MapRun courses - this time running all the trails in Courtcliffe Park just outside of Carlisle.
Nice little park. Popular with dog walkers but no random shitbags left on the side of the trail - pretty cool to see.
I generally don't care about average pace for runs these days, but was pretty nice to see a 6 in the pace for an easy trail run.
March goal will be getting these easy runs up to 45+ mins
