Pre-emptive after knee pain last week and big weekend, but had come out of it ok. Usual bit of back tightness but otherwise not too bad. Suggested some good foot strengthening stuff to work on

Hip mobility

Knee was fine over the weekend. PF was ok, but is now sore. First time running back to back days and for longer than 1hr. Will rest it up. Forgotten how generally wrecked the rest of you can feel after tough terrain running.
