Felt really good, cranked out some good numbers without feeling like I was losing my form or pulling the air. Not too sure how accurate the GPS is but I don't think it really could have added more than 100m regardless so I'll take the times. Had probably 3 incidences with the public though including a bag to the face but didn't lose my stride.

Let's hope I can translate this form into races.

Easy 60 post ultrasound. Apparently my lump is asymmetrical muscle stuff and I have a very miniscule Baker's cyst that is nothing to worry about. The lady also said I have very nice muscles, good thing the ultrasound was not on my arms then.

Very nice run, except for a small section in the dog park.

4 x 3' (2' jog) (4'), 5 x 320m fartlekky thing (like 30mj, 100mf, 60mj, 130mf ish).
0.92km (0.41km), 0.91km (0.38km), 0.87km (0.38km), 0.87km (0.36km).
6:10 for 1.6km of the fartlek thing.

Quite happy with that, was 3:15s-26s for the 3 minutes even with the short (5m vertical) hill so around just faster than xc pace probably, legs feeling it a bit on the last two. Also happy with the fartlek given I did 9 180 degree turns.

Also got my Aus Kit today. Yippee.
