Long run at Stroud and the random white blazes (which go onto private property but feel very, very used). Beautiful weather and I felt really good outside of the between-the-toes blisters that have made a reappearance. Pretty strong towards the end which was very nice.

MI 5 x 8min/2min. Cold out today, and on trail this time, albeit a simple loop. I had trouble keeping a consistent pace. I also added an extra rep this time. Combined, those made for a much tougher workout.
