Out and back along the creek. Beautiful morning, getting hotter though as I rode. My legs get heavy pretty quickly from a hard effort ~30min in. I thought about extending this route one more bridge down the creek; I'll have to save that for another ride.

Ugh. Wanted to want a long run, but I didn't really want it. Suffered through, but switched from trails to pavement for the 2nd half.

Super hot run. It was supposed to help in my recovery but it did no such thing. I don't think it was actually as hot as it felt, which I'll blame on MSAR.
