Swimming 38:00 [3] 1.1 km (34:33 / km)
Can't believe I made Andrew go swimming after he'd done a 10km tempo run. Luckily it was nice and balmy at MSAC. Felt like really hard work at the start but settled into it.
Running 27:07 [3] 4.32 km (6:17 / km)
Evening pre-singing jog from work (avoiding going home, faffing for too long and running out of time). Legs a bit tired still. Lower back and obliques tight, and right shoulder has a weird knot in it.
Core strength/stretching 15:00 [1]

Enfield rogaine with Andrew
We were a well matched team (in terms of rogaining technique and outfits, but not leg length). One of us knew what we were doing at all times (except when we were both adding the declination rather than subtracting), and Andrew's brain held all the timing/distance calculations (I definitely shouldn't have been the person to decide to get an extra control). I was probably more focused on the map, Andrew on the compass.
First half was pleasant - friendlier/faster terrain, a few tracks, much banter and many laughs, orchids and I could keep up better, even if it did involve me jogging along next to Andrew walking.
Second half was tougher vegetation, and I struggled to keep Andrew in sight when he put his foot down in the final 90 mins. There were some lovely correa though.
Very proud of our effort off the back of a single Macedon loop with scones.
