Not too sad to be missing cold and wet orienteering in Ballarat. First time I've run around the river in ages!
Saw many flying foxes, 3 tawny frogmouths (only because some people had stopped to look at them) and picked up a windfall avocado in a laneway.

Evening jog through Fitzroy North. I swear I was faster than the pace suggests! Legs weren't feeling as good as Tuesday though, and calves were a bit tight.

Evening jog from work. Underestimated how long it would take me to run 45 mins. Legs weren't feeling amazing but was going faster than usual. I don't get it!

Pleasant course through the fog (to start). Controls were pretty visible, but still had troubles fighting my compass a bit (and also fighting my stomach for a bit), and my legs didn't have much zip. Nice morning out though. Proved that I've only won the chocolate the last few events because noone else has entered W1...
