10, 5x2, 5x1 with a minute between everything. After the first two minutes I switched to a slightly less muddy loop. Still fairly foul. Good session though, got out in the brief period of bad weather, lovely! Didn't look at paces and in the end the graph looks quite nice on Strava. Faster than expected.
On reflection it looks like there was considerable GPS doping
