Would have like to jog and lunch but had Evie off school ill so did this is evening instead. Probably good to give heels chance to recover. Bit may also end up being a back heavy week (same as last week due to Oliver being ill) so may get sore heels again as week goes on. Maybe next week will be a more normal week where I can do a bit more day on day off.
