Lowick Common - shorter loop in reverse. Trying to keep it really easy on warm day. Right heel / achilles sore from the start n the uphill - need more stretching.

Simpson Ground - WAROC event 3.
Warm day spent in the garden. Forest full of windblow meant struggling to find good lines through the terrain.
3 loops - first & third ok. First control on second loop poor (4mins error). Slow throughout.
