Jog down to canal on warm day.

Down canal to bay horse & back along to ropewalk & across to sports centre.
Gradually dying with each km. Dry throat - probs not rehydrated properly after last night.
5:39, 5:59, 5:55, 6:06, 6:10. Still its a benchmark.

Ulverston Pool - 32 lengths - 800m. Pool again quite empty - middle lane to myself.

ahr:132 max:168 shoes: INOV8 X-Talon 225

LOC Latter Rigg. Some comedy value with this. On first butterfly loop headed off to #8 before #7 - cost about 4mins. Started getting tired towards the end & making errors.
#19 just missed reentrant I needed (wrong side of small spur) & 2mins relocate. #20 slow going direct up slope, should have jogged around bottom of spur & climbed reentrant (another 1 min). #22 (small hill next to gate) then flag flattened & cow standing on top - I ran around side & missed seeing it so wandered around for for extra 3 mins.
Legs feeling sore at the end.
