Brisk walk on the Coleman loop in mild weather. Pushed the leg to almost cramping.

Intermediate level of difficulty S&S. Didn’t sleep well last night, not sure why.

Easy S&S with MU online. Back still stiff in the morning. Always needs a stretch to loosen up.

Planned a longer walk to the pharmacy but the freezing ran turned me around after slipping and jerking my left hip. Slowed down and the hip calmed down.
