Heading up old road from Cluanie Inn to SE - needed to pick up bikes at col.

Whiz down hill (after initial wee climb back to col pushing my baby-bike). FaIrly mild and never got cold during no-pedal descent.

Out past Loch Ullachie almost to Creag Liath. Sat and enjoyed the view - warm despite the strong winds. Return same way.

Swimming 6:00 [2]

Little dip in to Loch Ullachie - very pleasant and sheltered. Would have done more but running short of time.

Intervals intervals 14:00 [5]

1x5(2.5) then 3x3 (1.5) Along river bank and then Deeside Way. Not feeling very sprightly but got it done.

Dess Wood, cowshed alley, old road, DRC, Deeside Way, Kinker, riverbank, Dess burn and back up Deeside way. Feeling OK and took nice and steady. Sweating buckets.

Struggling a bit with achy legs (after Pilates and run yesterday)

To village and back for beers and pool

Nice wee lap of Bell Wood (nice except for a huge new clear felled area at north).
Legs a bit tired from yesterday but moving OK

Boghead to Dinnet along Deeside Way and back, plus between intervals.

Big ball again and lots of ab ‘n glute stuff.

Lap of Loch Kinord, only met 6 people, nice and quiet. Feeling a bit spaced out, maybe still tired from w/e

Swimming 11:00 [2]

Dip in Loch Kinord - felt pretty warm so kept going longer than planned. Didn’t get any shakes after, just a bit chilled which a hot shower helped recovery.
