Lap of Loch Kinord, only met 6 people, nice and quiet. Feeling a bit spaced out, maybe still tired from w/e

Dip in Loch Kinord - felt pretty warm so kept going longer than planned. Didn’t get any shakes after, just a bit chilled which a hot shower helped recovery.
