Trail loop at the rogaine to enjoy the sunshine and take a few photos. Keeping the HR down, and stopping for chats, was the intervals today. Saw the police on trail bikes out looking for other trail riders, who may be annoying but they do make some great trails for running.

Laptop fits on the handlebars of my spin bike perfectly, great for some easy leg turnover and a spot of work at the same time. Hopefully manage more of this multitasking, though I do prefer watching Alone or cycling races.

Warm up hike then 9 x 2/1 mins then 9 x 3/1mins, hike home via some bush bashing. Jaunt was via some map run controls to check accuracy, with some CX watching and cake eating in sun valley too.
