Track workout - same one as I did the day before coming down with Covid just over a month ago. Seems like I'm in a pretty similar place as then. I would have loved to improve my fitness over these past few weeks, but with the setback of Covid, I'll take being even.

3 x 400, with two 200 roll-ons, then 400 roll-on between sets.

Pumped up tires, wheee for the downhill way to daycare/preschool!

Cycling 12:00 [1] 2.12 mi (5:40 / mi) +37m 5:22 / mi
ahr:108 max:133

From UDT to work with the trailer. Still had to walk up the steep hill, even sans kiddos, but at least made it up about halfway.

A longer run. Felt pretty good, tried to keep around 8:30/mi pace, which seems to have worked.
4 PM

Cycling 12:52 intensity: (3:41 @0) + (9:11 @1) 2.41 mi (5:20 / mi) +28m 5:09 / mi
ahr:109 max:131

Connected chariot to bike and biked over to pick up the kiddos. Way there is downhill.

Cycling 20:51 intensity: (2:02 @0) + (15:55 @1) + (2:54 @2) 2.3 mi (9:04 / mi) +94m 8:03 / mi
ahr:117 max:149

And way back is uphill... oof. Should have pumped up the tires before this... but no matter what it's just tough with the uphill and two kids. There's one hill that is simply too steep, it was hard just to be pushing the bike with trailer up! Unfortunately, it's a little hill up from the bike path, so unavoidable if I want to take the bike path home (much more pleasant than other options).
