2 x 12 min tempo while reading the first half and then second half of the Men's WOC Sprint Final. Holy moly need to read ahead batwoman! I would have had to be very slow for route-planning and almost certainly would have gotten trapped. Good to do, kept peeking at Garmin and seeing myself slow down during map reading and had to divide the focus to running fast *and* map reading.
