Sprint Qualis - 1st in heat
Was planning on taking it easy and cruising round. Made a big (1min) mistake on 4, got stuck in the trap. Pushed a bit harder for the rest and only one more mistake, got disoriented and ran down the wrong street. Not great.

Sprint Finals - 1st
Better than this morning. Bit stupid to number one, ran down some stairs that I didn’t need to. Other than that, no real mistakes, very tekky area. Lots of interesting routechoice, not sure I got the best but picked decent ones and executed them well. Legs felt ok, though getting tired up all the stairs.

Team did a fantastic job and so went out just behind the leaders. Was not as tricky as expected, just keeping the head and pushing the pace when needed. One small mistake right at the end, missed a gap in a hedge.
