Road Bike 1:52:16 [4] 28.2 mi (3:59 / mi)

Ride to the Easttown Library to return the Tyler Arboretum pass. Heat isn't bothering me lately - legs were a bit tired though. Still able to push the two big hills. Nice ride!

Hike/Trekking 2:09:32 [1] 4.62 mi (28:02 / mi)
shoes: Topo Ultraventure (grey/green)

Walk around Tyler Arboretum with Rebekah and Evan. Really nice place - like a mini Longwood. We'll have to bring Noah back so he can enjoy all the kids things there.

Mountain Bike 1:42:21 [3] 14.22 mi (7:12 / mi)

Ride at Harmony Hill. Bike was acting up, so I babied it and cut the ride short. Still really enjoyable - heat wasn't too much of a bother and I felt pretty good!

Run (Trail run) 52:10 [4] 6.01 mi (8:41 / mi)
shoes: Topo Terraventure 3 (Navy/Oran

Good harder run at Myrick. Probably the longest loop I can get here without doubling back. Felt alright, but not my best. Managed the heat well though.

Kayak Erg 30:00 [2]

Been a long time, but working on some tweaks to my form.

Run (Trail run) 37:01 [2] 4.03 mi (9:11 / mi)
shoes: Hoka Speedgoat 4 (blue/yellow)

Simple run at Cheslen. An attempt to climatize to the crazy heat and humidity, I was actually very pleased with how well I felt during the run despite the temps in the 90s. The few open areas were unbearably hot, compared to the woods which were less so.

Run (Trail run) 40:16 [4] 4.24 mi (9:30 / mi)
shoes: Hoka Speedgoat 4 (blue/yellow)

5m wu, 2on/2offintervals, 5m cd. Intervals on perceived exertion, which was good, because I couldn't hold a pace to save my life today - so so humid.
