A small group of us down to haslingfield at a very chill pace, which was much appreciated - not in the mood for a speedy one today. Very interesting chat though, which distracted from how hot it was again.
Here’s to some more scenic long run routes soon?!

Churchill ints
3x600,400,200 (90secs between reps, 4mins between sets)
A good session to cap off a marvellous year of churchill sessions. Glutes were very domsy after gym yesterday and I felt this on the first set, so just allowed myself to ease into it.
Second and third sets were much better - hitting 96s for the 600s and 62/61 for the 4s. Working very hard but always had people to chase and felt like some good work banked by the end. Happy days.
Wonder how many laps I’ve done round this gem of a place this year...

Random and varying rest so I won’t bother. Another scorcher today and was straight into the red with some big efforts on the 3s. 400s were okay, nothing special but where they should be.
Session was then changed, so really went for it on the last 3mins, averaging 2:53s.
Hot work but a good sesh and pleased to be feeling actually pretty decent.
