Used the break in the action at WOC to go and do some sprint of my own round Grangemouth, using the training courses planned for sprintscotland 2018.
2 courses then 10x2 control mini intervals with 30secs recovery in between. Overall good - no real mistakes and was taking it pretty hard, just trying to stay in contact.
