Random and varying rest so I won’t bother. Another scorcher today and was straight into the red with some big efforts on the 3s. 400s were okay, nothing special but where they should be.
Session was then changed, so really went for it on the last 3mins, averaging 2:53s.
Hot work but a good sesh and pleased to be feeling actually pretty decent.
