Running 17:20 intensity: (9 @0) + (29 @1) + (16:08 @2) + (34 @3) 3.42 km (5:04 / km)

Shake round johns. Forgot my camcard and the watch porter (who I’d ran past around 14 minutes beforehand) felt the need to radio his boss to check that I was in fact a member of trin, even though I’ve run past him many times previously and if I did wish to heist the college at 7:40am on a Saturday morning I would probably go in through the unmanned entrance round the other side.
Still, spiced up the morning a bit.

Running 10:52 intensity: (16 @0) + (6 @1) + (2:57 @2) + (7:33 @3) 1.83 km (5:56 / km) +62m 5:05 / km

Trains nightmare so this was a bag-laden gallumph from the station to assembly. Uphill as well - rude.

Running 18:10 intensity: (1:01 @1) + (14:04 @2) + (3:05 @3) 3.09 km (5:53 / km) +18m 5:43 / km

WU - no bags, much better

Orienteering 14:27 intensity: (10 @0) + (4 @1) + (47 @2) + (8:40 @3) + (55 @4) + (3:51 @5) 3.58 km (4:02 / km) +16m 3:57 / km

British MSR
Running third leg on FVO second team. Struggled off the start to execute the tricky #1 - some hesitation but got into the groove after that, barring a small pause to check an extremely intricate bit of map round #3.
Biggest time loss was at #10 when I had to check descriptions to see what side it was on - could have done with a nice lead in here but ah well. Comedy tumble here as well didn’t help. Ploughed on well and stayed clean, bar one hesitation all the way through to the finish, managing to stretch the legs nicely when it was allowed.
Slightly embarrassing moment was tripping up going both in and out of a control right next to Grace. Highly unprofessional stuff but at least it shows I was trying hard.
Overall, solid run, just needed to iron out the rough edges. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Running 17:37 intensity: (6 @0) + (4:07 @1) + (13:24 @2) 3.05 km (5:47 / km) +27m 5:32 / km
