Sprint training at Murdoch with Liam, Riley, Veronika, Mark, Quinn and Neve. Got there a bit late so missed the start of the warm up. I tried to take it very easy to avoid aggravating my foot injury. Ended up regrouping with Liam on all the recovery legs. I stopped my watch when I stopped to do my laces up early on and forgot to start it again until near the end so missed most of the session. Foot wasn't too bad for most of it but was a bit sore at the start of the warm down and very sore by the end of it.
