Going to cut out the running until next weekend to stay fresh and healthy for Hockey Varsity. Probably a bit cautious but there's plenty of time to get some solid training in before the JK.
Running intervals 40:30 [5] 9.9 km (4:05 / km) shoes: Asics Tambora
OUCCC intervals. 5 x 4 mins, 2 min, 1 min (all 2 min rests) then 4 x 30s (30s rest). Aidan shot off like a rocket on the first one so I let him go. Managed to stick closer to him on the others and even led a couple. Could have done without the hail.
