Don't quite understand why it takes longer to do a km on cycle machine than it does on treadmill.....

Treadmill - gym in Dubai hotel

Found it quite difficult doing this as you have to pre determine your speed and I was taking small strides in order to stay in the same place. Still it was air conditioned....

Well I think it was a cycling machine as it had pedals and I think I was doing miles not km otherwise I would have been cycling slower than my running pace....

Bok informal - Warmley - Long

Took a while to 'get into map' as it was 1:5000. Messed up #2 and difficulties with #6 as it was not in quite the right place. Sloppy route choices but otherwise ok.
