Ran LOG club champs as easy/steady technical training at Walesby. In control and felt good overall, but glad that I didn't try to push too hard at this stage pop recovery.

Easy turnover to see how the illness was coming along - felt a touch light-headed, but never went about 5:30's and felt ok. Will cruise around the club champs tomorrow.
