Ran M45 at British Middle Champs (4.2k, 220m) coming in 15th. Very scrappy run and dropped a lot of time in places...

Ran M45 (course 2) at British Sprint Champs at Keele Uni. Won heat, but then had scrappy middle section in the final, losing a minute overall and coming in 7th.
