Ran M45 at SinS day 2 at Hopton (6k, 425m). Struggled with the physicality (climb and underfoot conditions) coming in 12th. Tough, tough day...

Ran M40+ at SinS Urban race in Ludlow (4.6k, 105m) coming in 6th. Felt good for first few controls and then the morning race began to take its toll. Happy with the result, though!

Ran M45 at first day of SinS at Croft Castle (7.3k, 235m), coming in 3rd. Really good run - felt fresh and nav was pretty much spot on.

Club night based around a Theraband resistance session, with 10 exercises (upper and lower body mix) and 3 sets of 20 reps, plus micro-O training in between each set.
