Ran Technical (Spanish score of 20 control, with central spine) at Stapleford, coming in 2nd. Missed out last control and had to run back out, costing around 4 mins and 1st place - bugger...

Ran Long (5k, 135m) at HALO's Poacher event at Mausoleum, coming in 4th. Felt physically tired and a touch scrappy in places.
