Ran Men's vet course at Canterbury Urban race (7k) and came in 4th, 3 secs off 3rd and a Buff! Made one or two small errors, with last one costing 30secs as I got tired. Could I have run harder - HR suggests so....?

Ran Men's Vet course at Saxons Sprint event at Canterbury uni and came in 2nd, 13 secs back. Pretty solid run with only a couple of blips late on.

Ran HALO Poacher sprint event (4 courses between 1-2.5k each). Came in 3rd and have won the Master's Trophy from the series!

shoes: adidas xt trail

5 min warm up and then 5x 400m laps steady/recovery, with core work at each corner, for 25 mins, and 5 min warm down
