Long, easy run in the Peaks, from Castleton taking in Win Hill-LoseHill-Mam Tor-Cave Dale. Weather horrendous, with rain and strong winds, reminding me of Borrowdale 2008!

Ran Long (5.7k, 35m) at HALO's Swallow Vale Wood and came in 3rd, dropping around 3mins to one error on compass and difficulty reading map on another. Calf feeling better after chiropractor treatment!
