Ran day 3 of MOC 2012 (4.8k, 40m) and was feeling in control until long leg, where I ended up running off the map for the first time in about 6 yrs, due to a lapse in concentration! Cost 3 mins here..... Again calf niggling.

Second day of MOC 2012, with race being 7.2k, 138m and classed as 'middle'. Scrappy at times, pushing a little hard on entering the greener parts, and some poor route choices when tiring towards the end. Calf niggling.

Day 1 of MOC (Rome) and ran M21 class (4.8k, 32m). Fast and ran hard, but poor prep, arriving just before start, but only one blip, dropping about 30secs. Slight calf strain, which I then felt for the next two days.
