Ran Blue at NOC's EML events at Thieves Wood (6.2k, 75m). Snowy still and a bit crappy underfoot, so tended to track run. Came in 1st.

Steady run on the treadmill, working from 10k/h upto 15k/h over the half hour session at 1% incline. Feeling a touch of URTI coming on.
